Wayne Thompson is the Executive Vice President and Cofounder of Castle Rock Realty. In addition, Wayne has an extensive real estate background, working for commercial and residential developers in Los Angeles. The projects that Wayne has worked on include: mixed-use, condominiums, hotels, luxury spec homes, and retail projects.

Prior to working in real estate development, Wayne attended the University of Southern California (USC) where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. Upon graduation, Wayne wanted to enhance his real estate knowledge, so he decided to attend Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture where he obtained a Master of Science in Real Estate Development. 

Real Estate is a passion of Wayne's as he oversees the commercial, residential, and asset management division at Castle Rock Realty. Wayne works assiduously to achieve goals not only for Castle Rock Realty, but most importantly for his clients.
